Our Return Policy

You may return most unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Installation Tools (once opened or used)
  • After Care products that have been opened
  • Custom-cut flooring or specially ordered items (such as specific Oak patterns or High Gloss Flooring with custom dimensions)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order details including order number, product name (e.g., “Scotia Beading” or “Standard Skirting Board”), and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization – we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  4. Package your return securely in the original packaging
  5. Ship your return to our warehouse at:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value flooring products.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Refund method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank processing: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution
  • Original shipping costs: Non-refundable, except in cases of our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges (e.g., different wood type like switching from Oak to Real Wood Flooring, or different size of Door Bars):

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly state in your email that you wish to exchange the item
  3. Specify the replacement product you desire from our range (Bedroom, Bathroom, or Living Room flooring options)
  4. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item

Note: You will be responsible for any price difference in the exchanged item plus additional shipping costs if applicable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product (such as scratched High Gloss Flooring or broken Stair Nosing):

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you

International Returns

As we ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote areas), please note:

  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
